From Interstate 95- North or South:
Get off on exit #22A - Downtown Memorial Blvd.  At the bottom of the ramp, go straight through the first light and follow the river (divided boulevard) to the 5th set of lights (also the 5th bridge on the left over the river).  Take a left onto Crawford Street, which turns into South Water Street once you cross the river (immediately facing is our building, which is an 11-story, gray granite cube shaped building with gray-green glass windows).  Over the bridge, bend right along the river.  After a very short distance, take your first left, (Packett Street) and then another left at the end of the block (it is a short side street).  You are now on South Main Street (heading north).  Our building, 121 South Main Street, is the second building on your left.

Indoor parking can be accessed from the South Main Street side of the building and there is limited metered parking on the street.
