Biography

Ms. Recht is an associate in the Commercial Finance Group. She has assisted clients with formations and SEC filings. She also has experience drafting appellate briefs, complaints, requests for production, and criminal motions.

While at Suffolk University Law School, she served as the Chief Managing Editor of the Suffolk Transnational Law Review, and as a mentor for the National Women’s Law Student Association. She also interned with the Family Law Unit of Rhode Island Legal Services in Providence, where she interviewed clients and assisted attorneys in court.

Ms. Recht has volunteered with numerous non-profit organizations in Massachusetts, including the Boston Earned Income Tax Credit Campaign, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Hampshire County, Girl Scouts of Western Massachusetts and Northampton GLBT Community Center.
