Ms. Reynolds is a member in the Government Contracts & Litigation Group. She assists clients in resolving complex government contract and commercial disputes. Ms. Reynolds regularly advises clients on a variety of issues, including contract negotiations, bid protests, claim preparation, wage and hour disputes, reverse-FOIA claims, FOIA appeals, and requirements of the United States Small Business Administration's various small business programs. Her practice also includes negotiation of teaming agreements and government subcontracts. She also performs contract reviews and advises clients regarding contract requirements and compliance.
Ms. Reynolds' litigation experience includes bid protests before the Government Accountability Office and Court of Federal Claims, contract claims before Boards of Contract Appeals, wage and hour disputes at the United States Department of Labor and size protests at the United States Small Business Administration Office of Hearing and Appeals.
